To: All

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; he leadeth me beside the still waters.

He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Amen.

My only suggestion for your post is you can't outrun a bad diet. Just reducing carbohydrates, seed oils and eliminating fructose will have immediate health results. To burn fat you have to be fat adapted. The hierarchy of macros are exogenous ketones, alcohol, sugar, fat and protein (some might argue the fat and protein sequence, however protein is thermic losing 30% of energy in metabolism). Eating even the daily recommendation of calories if they are majority carbohydrates requires the pancreas to park the energy into fat cells.

People can starve themselves with low calorie, however that is impossible for many nor in my opinion ill advisable. They have to become fat adapted first over a couple of weeks of low carb to reduce food cravings.

Best.

All true. However, there is this thing called data averaging. And even when numbers aren’t consistence, I’ve often been amazed by how accurate data averaging, in the end, will be given enough records to work with.

Absolutely! Low carb, high protein, taurine and HMB supplementation.

Probably gets direction on what to say from the Bill Gates Foundation. And not a chance in hell I will ever submit to getting badged, microchipped or whatever the deep state has in mind.

Sounds about right. I base my assumption about the cultural thing because we saw definite increases in cases and deaths in the days and weeks following the height of spring break, and Mardi Gras in Louisiana.

It's not a far stretch of the imagination to theorize that whenever you have large groups of people, without personal protective equipment, in extremely close proximity, yelling, drinking, and eating together, the chances of a virus spreading among them greatly increases.

Sorry, unfortunately this has happened on every Sunday since this began in January. Then Monday sucks. I’ve had my hopes up each week now.

Just check WorldOMeters last week - you’ll see the dip.

Each week we hope and pray...

I want to be here tomorrow and point out my pessimism, more than words can say.

For the USA daily death graph. It grew all last week until Sunday - we all commented in here about the drop in deaths.

March 29 has a dip to 363.

New York, as an example, considers a CV19 fatalitiy as being somewho had CV19 at the time when he died, even if he died of something else, like being shot in the head.

This is being spread around the internet and is a lie. Doctors and medical examiners determine cause of death. The claim that people who die in murders, suicides, automobile accidents, etc, as CV19 deaths is false. People with other health conditions where it is determined CV19 was the primary cause of death will list CV19 as the cause. Doctors and ME's are not committing organized fraud, and they are not part of some kooky conspiracy to overthrow Trump.
