The current Shelter In Place order in Wichita Falls is in effect until 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 8th. That's another whole week of lounging about eating all of the snacks you promised yourself you wouldn't eat. Have you even dared step on a scale lately?

Now there's an online calculator from Zippia that will show you how much weight you're likely gain in isolation.

For the calculator to get an idea of what's going on you'll have to answer a few simple questions about your exercising, snacking and drinking habits. Then you just push the Calculate Weight Gain button and boom, you get your prediction.

Then you're probably gonna be back on that exercise bike you have your out-of-season clothes hanging on in the garage.

So as not to be a total downer, the site also has some nice tips on how to stay fit and healthy while you're hanging out at the house all day. Click here to calculate your weight gain.

Stress will keep you right where you are. No soda or juice...drink milk. You need the vitamins.

Depends on the personality. Some people will lose weight at home by taking the extra time to get adequate exercise and sleep.

The breakfasts missed compensated by the oversized lunches, missed lunches compensated by more oversized dinners and night time drive-throughs after a busy time is office aren’t good for your health.

I thank God the Mrs. and I started a KETO diet mid January... I spent a week in Korea at the end of February where I couldn’t quite stay on the full diet but stayed away from all sugar and the corona virus... at present down 22 lbs. Same with the Mrs. ... Stay away from the sugar and snacks people. That alone will save you putting on more pounds. I haven’t had a soda in two and a half months.

I’ve lost 4 or 5 pounds, myself.

Buying less crap from the super market, not going out to eat.

Still able to walk a couple of miles a day, even if no gym.

I’ve lost 15 pounds. Hiking in mountains and snow frequently, not eating out, probably healthiest I have been in years

I’ve lost 8. My job is stressful and I eat to compensate for not getting enough sleep.
