Stress will keep you right where you are. No soda or juice...drink milk. You need the vitamins.
Depends on the personality. Some people will lose weight at home by taking the extra time to get adequate exercise and sleep.
LOL. No junk food anymore and I am actually losing weight.
I thank God the Mrs. and I started a KETO diet mid January... I spent a week in Korea at the end of February where I couldn’t quite stay on the full diet but stayed away from all sugar and the corona virus... at present down 22 lbs. Same with the Mrs. ... Stay away from the sugar and snacks people. That alone will save you putting on more pounds. I haven’t had a soda in two and a half months.
Now there’s an online calculator from Zippia that will show you how much weight you’re likely gain in isolation.
For the calculator to get an idea of what’s going on you’ll have to answer a few simple questions about your exercising, snacking and drinking habits. Then you just push the Calculate Weight Gain button and boom, you get your prediction.

My friend since law school 40 years ago is isolated at home and says she has lost 15 pounds since she stopped eating out every day for lunch, so there is that...............
I’ve lost 4 or 5 pounds, myself.
Buying less crap from the super market, not going out to eat.
Still able to walk a couple of miles a day, even if no gym.
Ive lost 8. My job is stressful and I eat to compensate for not getting enough sleep.
