What appears to be happening is that CCP-19 kicks what ever else you have wrong with you into high gear.
Older people have more health issues.
But when CCP-19 itself kills you, it presents as pneumonia (which is a set of symptoms that may be caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi or other things, not a specific disease) and it’s very nasty.
Many contagious diseases behave this way, advancing your other health issues by weakening your immune system. HIV, Flu, even the common cold. It’s not new. But some people use the claim of underlying conditions to muddy the waters so as to advance their personal or political agendas.
I think so too, as well as in South America. It's like a horror movie in Ecuador I understand.

I went back and checked. It was Azar, not Trump, and he said "We knew about SARS, we knew about MERV, earlier MODIFICATIONS of the corona virus." Odd, if not intentional, that he would pick the two viruses that scientists think have possibly been modified. Bio experts correct me if I'm wrong.
Slip of the tongue? Or did he mean the word vaguely, to include evolution of the virus or mutations of the virus? On the following video start right before the 40-minute mark:

Testing is weighted to hotspots. And Exodus NYC didn’t help anybody. The whole east coast is polluted. Expect a surge in the original 13.

CCP-19 usually has a spike right at the beginning, picking off the low-hanging fruit. Then it tortures a bunch of people to death over the next few weeks. We’re just past that initial bump. Of course, an unchecked exponential growth would make that bump statistically insignificant, anyway.
