Add Claritin-D and its generic to this side. I'm not too sure about some of the others listed.
This covers the PPI Drugs. (Proton Pump Inhibitors)

Costco in Staten Island, NY, has at least 4 employees who have tested positive for COVID-19
Remember those Costco photos from two weeks ago?
Yah, folks, you don't stand in mile long lines during a pandemic.
It’s like Trump and Cuomo are playing chicken.
Trump has saved all the correspondance. Cuomo knows that.
I’ll be honest.
When we saw this coming 2 months ago I never envisioned ‘shutdowns’.
I figured we’d do things like Singapore. Quarantine the positives and their contacts. It’s really a sensible thing to do.
But that would have required testing. Apparently that’s beyond the CDC’s mission. Or something.
We didn’t ‘prep’ for a shutdown specifically. We prepped for hubby to work from home as much as possible and avoid any *other* trips (grocery store, hardware store, etc) to avoid our OWN exposure being more than necessary.
The shutdowns took us by surprise.
None of this would have been necessary if CDC had been as on the ball as Singapore.
Of note, Singapore’s consultant in this matter (disease spread) is Nicholas Taleb.
Maybe we should hire him. He couldn’t be worse than what we have now.
UPDATE: New York state reports 3,832 new cases of coronavirus and 58 new deaths, adding to the 2,461 new cases and 67 new deaths reported 1 hour ago
It’s quite amusing.
I think a lot more MD’s will be using antivirals to treat this *before* cases get bad enough to require hospitalization.
I’m hoping Trump’s ‘open by Easter’ will be a thing.

But, then after it became apparent it was spiraling out of control, I really thought they'd institute heavier travel restrictions and lock downs. Kinda shocked that they haven't.
Only two conclusions you can draw, 1. they are massively incompetent or 2. it was intended to spread.
Most masks are or were made in China, plus a bunch of do gooders sent them some of ours, plus Chinese Americans were buying them up to send to China.
We have defined Essential Workers. Now we need to define Essential Products and make them here.
It’s largely a cultural thing. Firstly, why must we wait to be advised by some government agency to wear masks? We don’t wear them because we want to fit in, they are cumbersome, and we didn’t think we needed to wear them. Now masks are in short supply, because everyone wants to have them on hand, but even those who have then hardly wear them in public - I’ve given all of my three kids a bundle, not one has worn them. Compare this with vast majority in Asian countries, where everyone wears a mask in public, and has been so for years now.
Yes, I understand how antihistamines would help, but PPI's? Guess I need to go research that one...
