1. Lupus Erythematosus -— PLAQUENIL is indicated for the treatment of chronic discoid lupus erythematosus and systemic lupus erythematosus in adults.
2. Rheumatoid Arthritis PLAQUENIL is indicated for the treatment of acute and chronic rheumatoid arthritis in adults.
The labelling does not include numbers of patients evaluated in the pharmacokinetics, safety, and efficacy evaluation for the submission, that I can find. But these data reside with the applicant and/or those doing the marketing for these indications (Mylan and Sanofi, maybe more).

There were plenty of folk who liked what President Trump was saying (and promising) when he was running that just flat didn’t trust Mr. Donald J. Trump to deliver on what he was saying.
