Joe Biden may have been met with a warm welcome from The View‘s co-hosts this morning, but the reception on social media was much more chilly. On Tuesday, Biden appeared on The View via satellite, and he laid out his “plan” for combatting coronavirus. Viewers at home were quick to point out that despite speaking primarily in platitudes, the former vice president still managed to bungle the appearance when he cautioned that “the cure” for COVID-19 “will make the problem worse, no matter what.” Come again?

The View‘s co-hosts didn’t push Biden on the gaffe, but of course, Twitter users weren’t quite as forgiving. Almost immediately, users on both sides of the aisle went after the former VP for the mix-up. “Does this make any sense to you?” asked Breitbart writer Brandon Darby. “WTF does that even mean?” added a self-proclaimed Bernie Sanders voter.
Yea, he did. What I noticed was when he gave a brief answer to a question, his thoughts got jumbled up and he couldn't follow up.......It was hard to watch.

Sleepy Joe thinks the cure is Pelosi’s plan.
I'm a native NYer. Have been in/to/thru 44 of the 48 contiguous states. In every one NYS is a dirty word.

I think at this point they pretty much have to follow thru. Biden has cognitively slipped faster than anyone could have predicted. Their repetition of the DNC plan to use & discard Bernie worked perfectly and Biden has more than 50% of the delegates for a 1st ballot nomination. Unless he were to withdraw voluntarily he’ll have the delegates in a few weeks.
The only action left to the DNC would be to start leaking specifics on the Biden connections in the Ukraine & China. The danger there is that they get Bernie — and I’ve never been convinced that Bernie actually ‘wants it’.
I think the Plan remains to try & get Biden elected with a VP runningmate acceptable to the DNC, then use the 25th Amendment after the midterms to remove Biden. The VP gets elevated for a potential 10-year reign of terror.

I doubt that he will do that. He's had a number of opportunities in the past to throw a knockout punch at Joe, but pulled it.

The DEMS need to put him on ice and then beg off when debate time with Trump arrives. He cannot speak unscripted. Joe even stated he is a “placeholder”. That is not inspiring. The other DEMS were pushed out before Super Tuesday since they would be harder to dispatch at the convention. Joe will be easy to get rid of. The entire DEM primaries were a joke.
I heard that Biden has cancelled his COVID 19 updates from his library.

Cuomo cannot abandon NY while the crisis clean up still goes on in July. Beating Trump will be hard and he doesn’t want to be labeled a loser. Easy to run in 2024 against someone else when voters like to switch parties every 8 years.
