There's another point. Aside from the hollowing out of our economy by sending it to China (all the MBAs and CEOs who did this should be executed and their estates confiscated and their dependents flung out into the streets to starve).

It's this.

Service Workers aren't needed.

OK, the economy "needs" cars and tractors and oil and stuff.

But you don't "need" hot yoga instructors. (You might want them, but they are a luxury item.)

You don't "need" transgender reading day at the library for the kids.

You don't "need" "Diversity coordinators."

And by going to a service economy, these people are rendered irrelevant and unnecessary.

And they have neither the skills, nor the ability nor temperament, to actually, you know, *work* instead of radiating indignation and being given bribe money (from 0% interest, QE) to go away and shut up.

But all the honest service workers, the waitresses, the airline stewards and stewardesses, the hair cutters, ...they're SOL.

Bernie will seek to double down (as Marxists and SJWs always do).

I don’t understand your reply to my statement that we should not be doing business with China. I really don’t want my food, toothpaste, cell phone or anything else important to come from China. Are you advocating we continue to buy their stuff as they enslave their people?
