Day #19 here:
http://freerepublic.com/focus/chat/3825446/posts?q=1&;page=1
THAT sounds yumnmy.
When I first started keto, I craved bread, the most.
I made a LOT of the 90 second bread....for toast, sandwiches, etc.
The english muffin dish sounds YUM.
Troubling spike in deaths. I expected the cases to increase substantially based on what I’m seeing here.
Thankful for the next four days off, even if I can’t go anywhere. I hope we don’t find ourselves locked down.
My husband is still having to be face to face, but has been able to mitigate it some. Still trying to get corp. to approve face masks for his employees who have to interact with customers.
PM me for recipe. It uses peanut butter but you can use almond or cashew butter as well...

I’ve been told this is just the flu. Which means military convoys to carry the dead to crematoria is totally a normal thing in Italy during flu season, correct?
Years ago I had some workers at my house rebuilding a chimney.
They were from Eastern Europe and were army veterans.
When they heard the gunshots (not that unusual out here in the woods) they started calling out distances.
“1 mile.....2 miles.....1 mile....”
It was hilarious.
Latest from Minnesota...
Per KSTP TV in Minneapolis-St Paul, there are now 89 confirmed cases of COVID-19, up 12 from yesterday.
3038 tests have been conducted so far. No demographic information available other than county. For those of you geographically inclined, here’s a link to their map:

Thanks black Agnes! Its important right now to share GOOD news.
My good news: I am on pace to make money today. Medical transport and etc. not a ton but grateful any day I can turn a profit.
Lets all do what we can to be productive and not sit around as helpless victims, save for those who really are victims, in which case, God bless you.

3 deceased so far. Two in their 50’s and one age 81 all with underlying yaddayadda.
This morning cases were up to 110, but expected to rise rapidly as testing is taking place in higher numbers, including now at UofM.
I just did. Thanks!

Coronavirus: other doctors who died in Lombardy. Bergamo hospital, we desperately need staff
There are 13 confirmed victims among the white coats. Appeal in English also for fans and dpi
Five other doctors died of the new coronavirus in Lombardy, bringing the tragic toll between white coats to 13 victims, according to Fnomceo. The latest victims are Luigi Ablondi, former general manager of the Crema Hospital; Giuseppe Finzi, a hospital doctor from Cremona, and Antonino Buttafuoco, a general practitioner from Bergamo. Two other doctors died in Como: Giuseppe Lanati, pulmonologist, and Luigi Frusciante, family doctor. They were both retired but operational. The list of deaths among doctors is unfortunately continuously updated.
Even with Eli Lilly doing free tests Indiana does not want people with mild symptoms to get tested because they need to leave testing for more serious cases
Indiana closing schools until May 1

Just had a phone call from our congressman for a town hall on CV with him and a Dr. Schmit (?). It went rather well. The majority of the questions were intelligent but were a month or more behind. At least people are finally waking up and asking.
Some of the highlights were:
Schools are probably closed for the rest of the year.
Incubation is up to 15 days.
Granbury (?) has 20 test kits for 60k people. I don’t know if the Dr. meant enough tests for 20 people or 20 full box loads of kits. The tone of his voice sounded more like 20 people.
The US was late catching on to how severe CV was and basically missed the window in stopping it. Behind time to eliminate it. If everyone (world) would isolate for 2 weeks, we could stop it, but that will never happen. (that’s what I’ve been saying)
Summer heat is not going to help.
Clueless on contaminated mail.
Sticking a blow drier up your nose isn’t going to help.
Neti pot isn’t going to help.
Dr. was clueless on the malaria meds saying it’ll be months to test any drug.
