Pa Governor has on short notice closed the Pa unionized liquor licensed stores, which in PA are the only stores. This will cause these horrible bums to be paid while not working and get votes for the worst in life governor. We in PA need your support in defying this ban, which is a socialist government ban on free trade. Here is the number of the PR person for the PLCB (1 717 919 1905 Liquor Board) Elizabeth Brassel and the PA gov's number is 1-717-787-2500 These jerks need a lot of calls. Thanks for your help George
No, it is an Offically Declared National emergency.....and it’s the public that’s letting the media get them disjointed.
And it’s each persons responsibility for how they respond. If they feel better getting hyped then so be it but it won’t change the situation of what you have no control over.
Take care of what you can....pray and hope for the best yet to come again. And let the rest fall or stand where it may.
Ruh Roh!
So Governor, you close bars and restaurants and tell people to stay home. And now you want to tell them they can’t go pick up a bottle of wine, case of beer or a bottle of whiskey, etc...?
Are you stupid?
Shutting liquor stores doesn’t make sense. It will only piss off the boozers.
Needless to say, beverages were on my prep list. Im good for at least 6 months (thanks to Traitor Joes!)
I don’t drink but the pipes good to go.
Unionized govt liquor store? Its the same crap I experienced in Vancouver Canada. Thats why I moved here to get away from this socialist bs. The good part is that you can go to the nearest state.
Reminds me of boardwalk empire. No booze no problem.
I’m from PA.
Stop whining.
Live it.
Love it.
They VOTED for it.
This is going to backfire by causing migrations of people across state lines to obtain their booze. Unbelievably dumb. The last thing you want to do is to encourage people to go out and travel. Let people have their booze and they’ll stay home and get drunk instead.
Yes, we here in PA and the State of Utah are the only ones with State run liquor systems.
However, thanks to modernization and technology, you can now order liquor online and have it delivered to your home.
From the email I received:
We also remind customers that so long as operations at our e-commerce fulfillment center remain uninterrupted, customers can shop at FWGS.com 24 hours a day, seven days a week with the option to have wine and spirits delivered directly to your home.
Back to the old Blue Laws!
Closing the bars AND the liquor stores?? Um what were they thinking!
Governor Wolf is in his second and final term. He doesn’t care what voters think now, he is trying to play on the national stage to get attention.
Im waiting for our governor, Coonman Northam, to try to make himself relevant again by doing the same thing to the Virginia state liquor stores.
I went last Friday.
Is it me or do the official responses from the states seem like Sharia law goals?
Speakeasies are going to open back up.
These cities are really pushing to enact their own martial law, aren’t they.
Bootleggers R Us
I predict the return of speakeasies.
Good thing he didnt do this before a drinking holiday!
