My only doubt about that, is if they infect others with their own strain; they could argue community transfer after awhile, couldn’t they?

IMO, vehicles appear to need overhaul/rebuild. Anniston Army Depot in Alabama rebuilds M1 Abrams tank, M88 Recovery Vehicle, Stryker, M113 M9 Ace Combat Earthmover and the Assault Breacher Vehicle. Not uncommon to see here in this area. BAE Land Sys also located in Anniston.
