In Hong Kong, for every case, they give out everything they know other than the name and the Social Security Number of the person - right down to the building and floor they live on.

Privacy is nice, but becomes secondary when an entire society is on the verge of being brought to its knees.

I’ve been at work at my hospital since 6:30. I’m off tomorrow thank God. I come on thread to catch up and find insanity.

What I’m really interested in is why the hell the mods haven’t intervened???

Aren’t there other threads where disagreements can be hashed out?

Very disheartening.

Oh- I can tell you every hospital in my area is prepped and ready and are not planning for people with the flu or a nasty cold.

Tens of millions of dollars are being spent by hospitals across the country preparing. No one is shaking or panicked or hysterical. Focused and determined is what I see.

VP Pence said, at his presser, today, that tests and PPE should be ramped up, in most states, beginning tomorrow.
