Ok...feeling much better this morning. Took a few hours to fall asleep, but I was able to eventually unwind.

Got a contact to do an online seminar/convention/talk for a group in Dublin, Ireland with a 5% ticket split.
And listened to one of my favorite speaker podcasts.
Wow that wave of darkness has lifted and while today really isn’t all the brighter...
I am feeling like I can take control of things back.
On a longer note I think my feelings last night really typified what many Americans are feeling and the panic that is building. It isn’t the virus that’s triggering this hysteria...it is the feeling of the loss of control over our daily lives. Communists take this loss of control all in stride it’s normal for them. Americans? Not so much.

Even in China, the lockdown was hell for them. But the real test case will be whether the people in the UK even notice their loss of freedom (and whether they’ll be allowed to comment on it, without being called a Racist).
The waves of anxiety and despair may return as we all fumble our way through this process. However, you now have tools to get you through this struggle. Most of all, please know you are not alone. Keep the faith, FRiend!
Very happy for you, that that dark veil was lifted from you. We have all been there, in one way or another. Always, a new morning brings clarity and strength to fight another day, by God’s grace.

I agree, the feeling of “loss of control” really bites.
I am glad you are feeling better today. I understand where you are coming from in this situation. Been having to take mental health breaks from all of the news. Take a walk, call a friend, read a book, anything for a few minutes to get another perspective. I will keep you in my prayers.
