Yesterday's thread is here: http://freerepublic.com/focus/chat/3823939/posts?page=1301
Many young people got very sick in China.
This has been well known for a long time.
Newbies (and that include public health officials) are so transfixed by the death figures that they are ignoring the hospitalization figures.
I suspect we will see a significant disparity between Blue states and Red states in both the response and impact of the virus. Unfortunately, I live in a blue state, but at least I'm in one of the redder areas.
Some grocery stores will take an order by phone, fill it and all you
have to do is drive by and they’ll deliver it to your car.
” just too surreal for me “
Thst’s twitter!
I have a pair of shooting googles that do just fine at that.
I have read the occasional post of people reporting that, but they are few and far between and I don’t recall when or where I saw it.
Try pursuing it somewhere because i KNOW it’s not the first time I’ve heard of it.
Yup. One of the ladies who recovered, IIRC in the UK, mentioned it.
Yes, the tingling has been described as a symptom. The COVID-19 patient also had a high fever at the time.
I know I am all gloom and doom, but a week just postpones the inevitable.
I have seen no evidence that the vast majority of public officials can clean up their act in time to take advantage of it.
THANK YOU! I read about it a couple of times but can’t remember where. I knew this thread would be the place to ask. Let’s see if anyone else can find the reference article. It will be fantastic when we have drive through testing so people with such nebulous symptoms or who have returned from overseas can be diagnosed asap.
She doesn’t look elderly.
Those must be old pictures.
Didn’t mean to upset you but thanks for thinking we don’t know basic human anatomy, even though probably all guys on FR have a wife and kids. I have five older sisters, four of which are redheads. I know all about crazy women. I was there for both my kids births and watched their little grey heads popping in and out on every push. Neither my daughter or wife have ever had a yeast infection. Yes, my simple male self knows what that is.
Well, if we get even remotely near an “Italy” situation, somebody’s just going to have to cut through that crap...
Clock in, clock out, pay too low? — we’ll figure it out later.
Heck, no, it’s nothing like normal.
Shes under 50, and he is a high school principal, both tested positive for flu A and Covid19
Thank you. The reason I remember hearing about tingling sensations is that it seemed an odd manifestation, especially prior to any other symptoms erupting.

My wife wanted to go to church on Sunday.
Fortunately the church sent out a notice asking people 60 and over not to attend it.
My wife is _exactly_ 60. :-)
While I was somewhat concerned that she would get it there, I was much more concerned that she could spread it to other folks (since she works at CVS and could be infected now or soon—discussed earlier) who are our friends in the same town.
At CVS tonight there were very few locals. Most folks were out-of-towners who were happy the store was as well stocked as it was.
She told me a couple of folks had New York accents and confirmed they had fled metro NYC and were on their way to their summer retreats early...
So much for avoiding the crowds...
