480,000 deaths over next 3 to 7 months is what he’s saying..
Thanks, great info
Bkmrk.
Well I certainly hope that doesn’t happen.
He said hand sanitizers were VERY EFFECTIVE at preventing it, however....
Just a thought: Americans without symptoms are going into quarantine. Will this not make the impact of the virus more severe, in that those quarantined will not be exposed to the virus and build up immunity?
Wow! It’s been out there since November. Folks need to start dying quickly to hit that number... and, that’s assuming that number is worldwide. Of course, we in the US are more susceptible because we are overweight rather than the open borders, smoking and limited ICU capacity foreign countries.
And if there is no where near 480,000 deaths, does he lose his “expert” status? I’m sure he won’t.
Swine flu killed more. It’s telling his “worst case” isn’t even as bad as Swine flu. We’re being fed a pack of gaslighting half truths and flat out lies.
This is the same guy that was hyping bird flu back in the mid-2000s. He was certain that it was going to be apocalyptic.
I’m waiting for Bill Nye The Science Guy to explain it all.
Made me smile
I’m waiting for Prof Irwin Corey to explain it all.
Hahaha...made me laugh
Did you know that ‘bird flu’ is categorized as influenza A? Influenza A is responsible for the majority of flu cases and deaths this year. So if someone caught ‘bird flu’ in a person to person transmission they would be told they have influenza A. But the ‘experts’ at WHO tell us it’s not easily transmitted between people.
“Influenza type A viruses are of most significance to public health due to their potential to cause an influenza pandemic. Influenza type A viruses are classified into subtypes according to the combinations of different virus surface proteins hemagglutinin (HA) and neuraminidase (NA). So far there are 18 different hemagglutinin subtypes and 11 different neuraminidase subtypes. Depending on the origin host, influenza A viruses can be classified as avian influenza, swine influenza, or other types of animal influenza viruses. Examples include avian influenza “bird flu” virus subtypes A(H5N1) and A(H9N2) or swine influenza “swine flu” virus subtypes A(H1N1) and A(H3N2). All of these animal influenza type A viruses are distinct from human influenza viruses and do not easily transmit among humans.”

This was at a time when most virologists, which he is not, were not seeing anything that suggest that H5N1 was adapting to a transmissible H2H virus. He was simply scaremongering.
Some covid 19 stats that I believe are curious. Four nations with much interaction with China and which share land borders with it, Russia, Vietnam, India, Pakistan have combined cases that add up to less than 200. Now people will say “ Oh they don’t have testing capability” . Maybe, but their hospitals certainly can count the numbers in need of ventilators and oxygen and I believe those people would be tested.
Another curiosity, sub Saharan Africa as of this morning has fewer cases than Long Island. Again, oh it’s primitive, no medical infrastructure etc etc. Yet the WHO keeps close watch on Africa because of things like Ebola. Ten people in the Congo come down with Ebola and the world knows of it in 48 hours. So if Africa was to have a contagion like Covid appear it would serve off alarm bells at WHO. Now China has been cultivating ties to Africa since the days of Mao. They have sent engineers, doctors, finance people, and more, especially to East Africa were there are fewer than five cases.
It seems for whatever reason this virus has so far had specific targets.
Just a thought.
