No signs of any concern or shortage of anything here in rural Ozarks. Life as usual. I’m stocking up slowly so I don’t look like a crazy person.

One is a given.

I said a while back that Trump looked like he knew things during one of the media events.. but couldnt reveal them. He didnt look happy to say the least

Still remember a poster mocking me like Trump woud not know things like that or something too ridiculous to ponder.

Maybe they know it is a bioweapon..who knows what they know but we better be ready.

I made sure I had enough supplies to cover the idiots in my family who think they are immune...but only close relatives

All else are on the own

Good good good!

If you do have to use the carby stuff, look into intermittent fasting. It gives your pancreas a rest between meals. If you’re on meds, talk to your MD about doing this first.

Now, keep those preps up :) I fully expect shenanigans the end of Oct/early Nov.

Close them as schools, but reopen them as daycare centers... what’s the point?

And he won’t be able to limit it to responders, every one else will scream.

I can’t explain that article he posted/wrote yesterday. I’m dumbfounded in fact.

stocking up slowly so I don’t look like a crazy person.

That is how I did it.

We have enough stores around here so that I would buy a bit in one, then another, then another....

Then come back a few days later and repeat...

Don’t rule out oatmeal.

It can be fairly inexpensive, depending on what you get it, and it is far more nutritious than rice.

It keeps fairly well, at that.

Keep some of the new beans and grow them on purpose. Weed them/etc.

Better yet, do that and freeze an equivalent amount to use next year, just in case.

When states are reporting, is anyone releasing the type of strain: S or L?

I think that’s going to be an issue.

I thnk you’re likely correct.

No clue here.

Just found out that Ole Miss and Mississippi State are closed indefinitely.

Kids have a very attenuated window to get their stuff out of the dorms.

I keep getting that feeling, too, that President Trump knows more but cannot reveal it.

Hmm, I might have to look into getting some liquor. I’m a beer drinker but that takes up a ton of room. I do like brandy.

Pollard--Prep Rule #17--

Don't worry about storage space.

You can learn tetris.

Buy your favorite stuff, lots of it!
