Three hundred and above will definitely effect your vision.
Watch that diet. I have been there, bet you were thirsty
all the time too. I was, so I drank apple juice which
made it go higher. Finally got off the merry go round and
gave up sugar and gluten and now it stays around 120 or so.
Before the 1700s most agrarian societies had pretty good
teeth but with the advent of processed sugar they went
all to hell. Watch a video of the sugar making process
and see what kind of chemicals are used to make that
nice white stuff we love, it’s frightening.
