Nope, that passage doesn’t say it’s a sin to miss church on Sunday.

Churches do that to control their membership.

Mandatory church attendance is churchianity, not Christianity.

Obey those who rule over you, and be submissive, for they watch out for your souls, as those who must give account. Let them do so with joy and not with grief, for that would be unprofitable for you.

Can’t do that if you are communing with yourself at home.

Can’t do many of the commands regarding worship in the New Testament if you don’t go to church.

And if you break a commandment you are winning. That is what sin is.

This being a wuhu virus thread I don’t wish to hijack. When I see posts dismissive of church attendance and worship o comment. I have not asserted that to avoid for legitimate medical reasons is a sin. Work it out with “those who rule over you” and be at peace imo.

But don’t act as though church is a man made institution that we can avoid. It is not.
