I think we are going to see some weird supply chain stuff, even when demand for a give product is not that strong.
PERU
LIMA, March 6 (Reuters) - LATAM Airlines said on Friday that an earlier first confirmed case of the new coronavirus in Peru had been contracted by one of the carriers employees.
Peru reported the case earlier on Friday, through a televised statement by President Martin Vizcarra, as the disease begins to spread around South America.
The patient is a 25-year-old man who had traveled to Spain, France and the Czech Republic, Vizcarra added.
Evergreen health isnt going to test anymore in Seattle as it is now endemic as per CDC
Frontline HCWs will be hit hard... by testing... this month.
They’re the most helpful people to test.
I assume they will have low mortality, but the test results will be frightening.
There was a twitter a few weeks ago asking about nurses being trained. The overall answer was they weren’t and didn’t have the supplies.
I think costco is implementing 2 limit nationwide..impression i got at checkout.
Agreed—and the problem is the positives will get stuck in quarantine...not available to assist with patient care.
That is why I am predicting that health care workers will get drafted—because they will need to be moved to where they are needed—without their consent.
BREAKING: Five new cases of coronavirus are reported in Massachusetts.

What is the purpose of the Lugols?
Snap. 4 of Georgias 5 cases are from Italy. Stop the freaking flights already.
I KNOW its everywhere in the US, but we dont have to import it too. Our healthcare will have enough to deal with, with the cases here already.
Stop all international and interstate travel now.
What - no sativa?
Yeah—you want to be a nurse who tests positive and gets minor symptoms.
The other alternatives are not good ones, however:
—Very sick or die
—Healthy and working long tough dangerous hours and/or drafted and sent to hot-spots far from home
Too soon, my aunt fanny. They know it does from Ebola, SARS, etc. That may also be the cause of reinfections.
all cases in this country originate from someone traveling and coming back sick.......
Italy seems like an outlier to me.
There’s something ‘extra’ going on. Maybe the imported Chinese laborers?
SK’s sect may make it an outlier too, and Japan’s cruise ship?
Maybe a ‘critical mass’ of an established pool makes a difference.
But, it’s early still and Italy does seem a similar environment to ours.
I didn’t work For the census, they picked our household for the special 3-mo telephone ‘follow-on’. Dumb questions, too, like, how often did you eat out this month? What do you spend on take-out food each month? Do you have a regular GP? Questions along those lines.
