I think the clearance was given yesterday. They were talking about it at CDC press conference earlier.
It’s going to get way worse as they catch up testing.

The Oregon person is from Hillsboro and is a patient at Kaiser Westside Hospital in Hillsboro. No known travel exposure. Pt spent time at Lake Oswego Forest Hills Elementary

problem with ‘wiping down’ is they’re ‘swiping down’. If that surface doesn’t stay wet for a few minutes, all they’re doing is spreading the virus like butter on toast
If you haven't bought yet go buy a little tomorrow, a little more Sunday and a little more Monday. As these new cases become clear from testing it may start a run...especially if there's a lot all in one area like in Italy.

In my house the non-panic buying started three or four weeks ago.
I’ve augmented what I already had by a few hundred pounds of rice in, some dried beans, lots of extra TP, and most importantly a Berkey. Also some bleach.
I don’t expect that food will become a problem anytime soon, but if you start bulking up by the time that panic sets in, you’ve got a problem.
I aim to get next season’s firewood in as soon as the snow melts.
I also stocked up on Black Elderberry, which is supposed to have great anti-viral properties, though I am not as confident in it as my mother.
This may be a blip, or it may be a gentle collapse.
Thank God it isn’t an EMP.
