Chinese migrant/colonists are spreading it. The cases in Europe center on the fashion industry that imports its colonists from some coastal city that has a large footprint in the clothing/shoe industry. Yeah it’s coming and the paid off traitors are out there screaming “racist” if you notice.
It’s funny because just as my wife (the history major) left for work she remarked about how this is like the Flu of 1917. That really caught me because everything I have seen in the medical literature mentions the Flu of 1918. Remember the uptick in Parkinson’s in the 60’s? How that was secondary to the Flu of 1918?
Isn’t that curious? Historians talk about the flu of 1917 but medically it is the Flu of 1918?
I think it is more likely that it is the flavor of the week for a news cycle that needs a good pandemic when Trump isn’t on the brink of impeachment.

I know the history. Like I said, I was once a doctor and not that long ago. I just thought it was curious how two different communities would use the two different years to reference the event. Believe it or not the literature I had to know about flu as a Primary Care Board Certified Practitioner was pretty extensive. One could almost say we were required to become “experts”.
Meh. We have the common cold and flu.Another version of those two would not accomplish much.
Wonder if a Chinese worker with the virus sneezed on non-food products I am buying from China. Will we git “it” when we open the package?

It was known since the 70s that having had the Flu of 1918 was a major risk factor for Parkinson’s.

It would not surprise me to learn that shipments of Chinese goods being sent here are being deliberately contaminated with the virus, as well. What easier way to create havoc than through WalMart?
