Meghan Markle has told friends there is nothing 'legally stopping' her and Prince Harry from using their Sussex Royal name, despite the Queen banning them from using it, DailyMail.com has learned.
The 38-year-old complained to her inner circle that using the name 'shouldn't even be an issue in the first place and it's not like they want to be in the business of selling T-shirts and pencils,' the insider said.
They added: 'Meghan said she's done with the drama and has no room in her life for naysayers, and the same goes for Harry.'
On Tuesday, DailyMail revealed the Queen and senior officials agreed the two could no longer keep the word 'royal' in their 'branding', despite the likely thousands of dollars Meghan and Harry have already sunk into their website and trademark

That bit about “royal blood” is part of the unspoken problem.
RummyChick, there are Queen’s agents (the Royal Genealogists or Peerage or some such) which has actual DNA evidence of the parents of Harry (ie. Diana and....whomever,but it was not Charles— just saying, speculatively). That equerry, correct? So this is in the “ammo” that can wipe out any and all claims.
But that is ever widening potential driving all this. Little island “actress” is a fraudster and gold digger. Harry is a fool (his 1/2 brother tried to tell him). And Meghan should shut her mouth with what little sense she has left. This and Brexit is wiping them down to the level of the abdicated Edward VIII .
Edward’s skinny “manly” divorcee American wife (sound familiar) whose love letters to her husband have been found, documented throughout her marriage to Edward. The one Wallis Simpson with the supposed Hong Kong bedroom “talents” suitable for a man like he was (and a Nazi). Thus leading speculation as to just what she was about with the simpy Edward, or what she really was, someone like this Markle,but perhaps worse.

It is astounding the lack of respect. On the other hand, Meghan is a Leftist so they ruin everything they touch. She is showing everyone loud and clear exactly who she is. No respect for her husband either. I have no doubt he will in time come to resent her for all of this.
It is really a shame. Imagine having the opportunity to actually become a part of that history of the royal family and learn at the feet of a woman, the Queen, who has so many incredible life experiences. That is a treasure trove and how sad she can’t recognize the pure good fortune she was given.
Harry is probably sleeping in a separate bedroom. She’s got that boy where she wants him.

She should have read up a little more on the saga of the Duke of Windsor. The royal family basically exiled him, and he was a former king. As nice as Harry might be, and as fond of him as they might be, he just doesn’t have that much juice in the Mountbatten clan.
The daily mail had an interview with a solicitor. Me-Gain is dead wrong. There are specific laws in the united kingdom against using the term “Royal.”

Well, remember, in that family, she is the Queen first, his grandmother a distant second. There isn’t much love lost between her and her own son, so who knows how the grandkids feel.
One would have thought she would have appreciated the gift that fate had given her, but she seems dead set on going down in history as an embarrassment.
They should do a DNA test and see if he is even a royal.
He may not even be Charles’ son.
The Queen is still on the money up in Canada, so I think they’re out of luck there.

This is what truly blows my mind. She could have been a version of Princess Grace. Hollywood to Royalty.
People were willing to accept the fairy tale.

I think with this story Markle crossed the Rubicon and will never again be welcome in the UK
If she comes back in March she may get offered a room in the Tower
