Rev. Al Sharpton's unsuccessful presidential campaign had nearly $1 million in debt at the end of 2019 more than 15 years after his 2004 presidential bid.
Sharpton's former campaign treasurer Andrew Rivera is responsible for paying off the $925,713.78 in debt.
"I have asked Andrew Rivera, the finance chair of my 2004 campaign, to set up a meeting with the Federal Election Commission so that I can resolve any campaign debts related to Sharpton 2004, Sharpton told the New York Post. I am willing to work out a settlement for all claims with my own money to the degree that Im allowed and will raise money directly ... Even if I am not legally liable for it, I am certainly morally responsible.

Sharpton and Rivera settled with the FEC in 2009 on a separate matter: violating federal campaign finance laws. Sharpton and his campaign agreed to pay $285,000 in civil penalties.

Doesnt Sharpton owe a bunch of money from a law suit when he incited a riot in NY?
Presidential bid or a hustle?
“He’s so poor, he ain’t even eating. Just look at him.”
Meanwhile MSNBC continues to keep Al on the payroll.
Any business that gives democrats anything on credit has no one to blame but themselves when the dems stiff them on the bill. Cash up front only.
is that a banana in your pants, or are you just happy to see me?
Also tax evasion and the racist scams he pulled like tawana Brawley. This scumbag is untouched because of his loud mouth the color of his skin and the prominence he has with his rat friends
Too bad we no longer have debtors’ prison.
He is the biggest phony around, and politicians kiss his ring to get his blessing.
The only people who sell products or services to a political campaign on credit are either fools or donors. You can’t give the Rev a $25,000 contribution, but you can print $25,000 of signs for him on credit that you never expect to be repaid.
This wealthy racist fool is a criminal on so many levels. However, his party continues unabated. Such is the state of our “justice” system. Pathetic.
Garnish Sharpton’s MSNBC salary, problem solved.
SPJNK.

He got that look on his face like his wondering if there’s fecal matter on that hand he’s shaking
