To be blunt (out here on the tip of my limb) I’m trying to say that MI actually “is” and has been our only real National Security, and that MI are themselves the Back Channel.

The risk was so great that basically all the big names Trump appointed to lead these departmental federal agencies were figureheads leading a mirage to nowhere. No. I attended the NAB Convention at which he was given the award. I didn’t go to his luncheon, though I could have. I recorded off the TV. At the time, I had an international multimedia magazine and husband had built a 1” broadcast studio around me, so I attended this sort of thing for the equipment and editing systems.

I WENT TO THE STAR TREK LUNCHEON another year. Stood in line all by myself to get a good table to see the original crew receive the broadcasting hall of fame awards. Apparently none of the broadcasters were impressed enough to get there early. Got to videotape Nimoy chewing for an hour.

I’ll have you know I have my priorities straight!

Melian, that seems really constraining. I would assume then I should stop all the news gathering. I do try to say something on the Q posts, but they’re frequently just reassertions of things we know and I’m not the researcher some of the others, like Steven W., are. I have big problems with some of the topics that most of you adore, but I skim past. If other topics are now out but the topics that bother me are in, then this isn’t the right place for me.
