If youre looking to keep up with Maine author Stephen King on Facebook, dont bother. He isnt there anymore.
King tweeted Friday night that he is quitting Facebook. A search for his page on Facebook Saturday morning came up empty.
King said on Twitter he is not comfortable with the flood of false information thats allowed in its political advertising.
He also expressed doubts over Facebooks ability to protect users privacy.
Facebook said last month that it would not ban or fact-check political ads, a position that has drawn criticism.
No.
LOL!!!
Wonder when someone is going to interview me...i dropped FB 5 years ago.
Hard to believe this guy can be a great writer with fecal matter for brains.
“Rage quit”
While most people use one or perhaps two drugs, King used cocaine, Xanax, Valium, NyQuil, beer, tobacco, and marijuana to get him through the day. He would later say that he doesnt even remember writing some of his books.
So, this drug addled genre writer (at best) wants to tell me how to live my life and who to vote for?
What a (kitty).
Woe is me! Whatever WILL I do now???
What a (kitty).
Ha, the only story I really liked of his was a short story called, “The Cat from Hell.”
My idiot, Commie-loving, cousin (well, to be truthful, one of many - he’s just the worst of the lot) just quit FB a couple days ago, citing both Stephen King and the same reasons that King cited (which goes along with this dolt cousin of mine never having had an original thought in his life). Apparently, neither of them likes the idea that every participant in an election has the right to put forth their positions and ideas - only THEIR candidates do.
Can’t wait for them to see how Bernie is completely screwed out of the nomination AGAIN - I eagerly await the gnashing of teeth, the tears and, most of all, the withdrawal of large numbers of these people from the political process (many have sworn not to vote “D” or even to vote for Trump, if Bernie is screwed again).
Oh, and before I forget, screw Stephen King. He’s a pretty talented horror writer, I must admit, but that confers him absolutely no expertise in the political arena. My phone-addicted (to games) 15-year-old son knows far more about politics and history than this clown.

You just know the Demonrats are going to give it to Hillary. Probably Biden/Hillary.
The Bernie Bros are going to go nuts.
“The Bernie Bros are going to go nuts.”
Another sign of the apocalypse?
Stephen King probably never got over how he wasn't one of the popular kids in school, but instead he was a nerd who was extensively bullied.
The guy was, is, and probably always will be a jerk.
Why are you spreading a blatant falsehood? Sanders was not screwed out of the nomination. He had no path to the nomination. His support among certain key Democrat constituencies was virtually nonexistent. He couldn’t win the nomination with his level of support from blacks, Hispanics, working class whites, etc. And the young people who were a constituency don’t vote at as high a rate as those other groups. I’m tired of this lie being spread on FR. Why do you feel the need to lie to support a Democrat Socialist?
I hope some of them vote for President Trump, being fed up with the constant shenanigans of the DNC.
Seth Rich was unavailable for comment.

Good gosh. I liked you better when you were banned.
Another stupid statement by you.
Stupid statement by nick:

I was quoting someone else, dummy. That’s why it was in brackets.

Let’s see if you go after Ancesthntr since I quoted his statement.

(No offense, Ancesthntr. I’m just pointing out the stupidity of someone calling me a liar).
