However, I find that too much makes me moody in the extreme including bouts of depression, which is something I have no history of.
I’m not 100% sure it’s the zinc and it doesn’t seem to be tied to a particular dosage. It’s more like it suddenly builds up exponentially and causes my brain to go nutsoid.
I’ve read zinc is a copper metabolism inhibiter and I wonder if the zinc causes a copper deficiency that might be responsible for the brain weirdness.
