I do remember that... We were calling it The swine flu and the government got mad... Lol. The government was really pushing that vaccine. There was a lot of conspiracy theories going around about it... Ahh the good old days...

The use of the PLA cannot be emphasized enough how serious they are taking this - they have all sorts of other troop types they could use, but perhaps only the PLA has the bio-hazard training in large enough numbers to contain it.
