On January 19th I emailed my House representative to see if he had any information on the meeting. As expected he did not reply to my email. (Lib Democrat.) While I did get a reply from A Republican state senator who just retired, she had no information on the briefing.
While I really really want to connect the current corona virus outbreak in in China to that briefing I have no evidence to do that.
I will point out that Kansas State, located in Mahattan Kansas, has a Biosecurity Research Institute. NSA is in the process of relocating their National Bio and Agro-defense Faculity to Manhattan Kansas. (Right...about a mile from downtown Manhattan Kansas center of the country rather than on a port of entry on the coasts...)
