Do you remember the guy talking that RR was the Hit Man that brought in someone to take out Seth Rich (beat him up to near death) then get his flash drive. He was the one the Geek was suppose to decode and then hand over to RR but instead Geek did a switch. RR got the flash drive they had made while the Geek got the drive with ALL the Bank Accounts. Because the Geek couldn't at the time decode the drive until he was moved to the new area RR is suppose to have been over. A secret unit ..cyber area...that has high tech ability to decoy. So this Geek used his new area to get ALL the original information off of Seth's Flash Drive. Saying Donna and the mayor of DC was the insurance policy if the pointed guy who was to get the flash drive from Seth failed. That's why they were both at the hospital. I wish I could find the post and link with all this on it. I questioned the truth then...BUT maybe it is true!

So the Toll records will have pictures and data that someone went down to the Carolina's and shot the two MS13 gang members that botched the job?
