Senator Rubio just made a funny, adding "With all due respect" to his question since Schiff said that was a bad thing to say.

Cipollone is now destroying Schiff. "He's up here, let's make a deal." he says. Calling him out for saying that the Senate can decide Executive Privilege with a majority vote.

"If the Senate can just decide there's no Executive Privilege, guess what, you're destroying executive privilege. Can the Senate decide the House's speech or debate protection? When we ask for documents from Mr. Schiff, and he says speech or debate, are you going to decide that?"

"Is that how we're going to do this? Are we going to flip a coin, is that going to be your next suggestion? We're talking about an election of the President. There are critical constitutional issues that will alter our balance of powers for generations if we go down that road."

That was an absolute destruction of this entire charade by Pat Cipollone. That was masterful. The Senate is not allowed to decide those issues, if they try this will be challenged all the way to SCOTUS. This won't take one week like Schiff hilariously claims.
