My uncle did that. Our family has a get together to celebrate in the summer when travel is not as difficult. Only one aunt left “baby sister” she has been hosting. The memories are sweet and happy. And the grief has had time to settle.

Thank you. I know you enjoy watching your son too. I enjoy EVERY moment knowing it will end one day. I never coached a team, but practiced with my kids as much as possible. This kid, my oldest son, has my namesake (III) & is exactly like me. For good or bad.

He is having another good season so far, but you never know. Even if he goes on, it will probably be out of the area. I love & live to see all my kids play.
