A Florida man killed a 75-year-old veteran with his car Thursday, just to see what it would be like to end someone’s life.
Authorities have charged 21-year-old Justin Pennell of Hudson, Florida, with first-degree murder after confessing to intentionally running down an elderly veteran with his 2004 PT Cruiser “so he could see what it’s like to kill.” It was Pennell himself who called 911 to report the crime, after the impact rendered his vehicle inoperable.

First thing that comes to my mind is - SSRI psych drugs which come with a wee little warning about CAUSING homicidal tendencies.
It will come out that he was on them too just like ALL the mass shooters over the past 20 years.
Why not just evil?
I know several people on these medicines (SSRIs) who are helped immensely by them. None have dead eyes, nor a harmful bone in there bodies.
Depression is a real disease. Too many people have it.
It gets worse. Apparently a number of people drove by the scene and didn’t call law enforcement.
