Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, are stepping back from their roles as senior members of the British royal family and plan to work towards becoming "financially independent," the couple announced on Instagram on Wednesday.
"After many months of reflection and internal discussions, we have chosen to make a transition this year" they wrote, explaining that they hope to "carve out a progressive new role within this institution." "We intend to step back as 'senior' members of the Royal Family and work to become financially independent, while continuing to fully support Her Majesty The Queen," they said.

She trademarked her name..not sure how she is going to use that trademark if she leaves the firm.

If they get divorced in California she will be set for life, financially independent or not.

I believe I read that prenups have no value in the UK..and Harry would be royally screwed in a divorce
Harry has an estimated net worth of over $45 MM from his mother’s inheritance. I am sure his father Charles will continue to send money to him from income from Charles’s private land holdings.

BREAKING. BBC Understands that no other member of the Royal Family was consulted before Harry and Meghan issued their personal statement tonight, the Palace is understood to be ‘disappointed’.

So when their version of the Clinton Foundation/slush fund goes nowhere which is quite likely to happen, will she finally leave him and move on to her next mark? Harry is such an idiot.
