I read today that House Dems might NOT send the impeachment to the Senate..can they even do that..I mean they know Trump wont be impeached in the Senate so they just want it to hover over his head til the next election

"Larry Tribe’s suggestion that they decline to transmit their articles of impeachment to the Senate for a trial" I didn't find any reference to this only that Tribe said they shouldn't wait for courts to decide on subpoenas. Anyone know the context of what Tribe's supposedly suggested? He's been pro-impeachment for ages.
