I read today that House Dems might NOT send the impeachment to the Senate..can they even do that..I mean they know Trump wont be impeached in the Senate so they just want it to hover over his head til the next election
Nothing Pelosi’s house has done so far has been constitutional so why should they start now? But constitutionally they can’t vote to impeach and then hold that from the senate to deny the senate a chance to acquit.
