So (digital forensics person here) Comey 159 times ans Corney 153 times. I checked the binary/hex level to see if it was an OCR error in the software >>> it was NOT. At the binary it IS different. Crazy!!!!!!
I have not verified this, but I have believed from the start that the Comey/Corney “mistake” was on purpose and NOT the result of an OCR error.
My reasoning: If this were an OCR error, it would happen with other words containing “m”. Furthermore, it is far more likely for an OCR error to change “rn” to “m” than the other way around. Lastly, an OCR error of this type would most likely be intermittent. It would happen when the pixels lined up in a particular way, but not when they happened to land slightly differently.
An OCR error that was so consistent seems highly unlikely to me. With today’s tech, I would find it highly dubious that the government would use a lame OCR scanner for such an important document.
I despise these democrats.
They continually assert that “the facts are not disputed” and “no one denies that the Russians hacked our election”.
I have not verified this, but I have believed from the start that the Comey/Corney mistake was on purpose and NOT the result of an OCR error.

If it was not a mistake and done on purpose, would that mean they put out the exact report they wanted us to see? Horowitz wouldn’t have done that on his own, correct?
Liz- please bump this to the top.
The research is partially crippled by the intentional screwing or scrabbling of the OCR results.
Horowitz is probably a willing part of the coup. Fire his butt.
Interesting...the report I downloaded, during an Adobe search and an advanced search, show 148 Corney and no Comey each.
A Browser search of each show 149 Corney and no Comey.
Generally, dont think it is an OCR error. I think OCR captured it correctly. I thin it was an auto correct error that was human approve. E = rn m.
Then they said yes to auto replace throughout the doc.
