Maybe... for TV. It is quoted nowhere as supportive legal evidence that I am aware of. Mueller himself drowned the thing when he appeared before the House to testify... said he never heard of Fusion GPS - while investigating Russian interference in the 2016 elections. A total embarrassment.
Roger Stone was going to use the FBI / Crowdstrike anomaly to get the case against him dismissed; it was presumed the FBI could not sustain the claim that the Russians fed DNC messages to WikiLeaks; I don't know why that didn't work for Stone. I don't see how the FBI could introduce evidence in court about something they never verified --- oh, yeah: FISA and the Steele Dossier. We'll just see about that.

The FBI official who received this report removed that information from the email, wrote “not a source” in it, then forwarded it to the office preparing the FISA application. It’s analogous to the FBI seeking FISA approval to surveil their own confidential source, Stefan Halper, using the fact that he was meeting with the suspected Russian spies he was tasked by the FBI to meet with, but not revealing his association with the FBI to the court. Of all the things I thought the FBI had done to fabricate probable cause to violate Page’s civil liberties in order to gain access to Trump campaign communications, I never - ever - imagined they would stoop so low as to use an American citizen’s operational relationship with the CIA as an opportunity to falsely characterize his association with sketchy Russian officials as evidence of treasonous behavior. It was, quite literally, the opposite of treason. Regardless of how this all ultimately plays out, this will remain, for me, the most treacherous and unforgivable transgression of Page’s rights and liberties.”

The RATs are defending at all costs the (probably) FAKE story that the Russians hacked DNC and Podesta.
Likewise, they have circled the wagons around Ukraine being "Completely innocent" of ... well .... EVERYTHING.
I think Ukraine/Soros is at the center of their corruption, and a lot of Republicans are feeding at the same trough.

Blumenthal (D-CT) acts outraged because Senator Hawley (R-MO) just got done accusing the FBI of meddling in the 2016 election. Blumenthal tries to intimidate Horowitz into contradicting this assertion.
Horowitz refuses to do so; instead saying he will stick by his report.
And dems crowed today about how many indictments and convictions came from Mueller. Not ONE had anything to do with “Russian collusion”.
I think you are bang on. DC is a swamp, and I wonder if it can be drained. Voters will have to do it and right now that appears tenuous. Val Demings (Dem on impeach comte) represents my district - completely useless yet the Repubs run no opposition. Last election there was not even a write in space on the ballot. DIVINE FIAT: Val Demings is your Congressional representative! ...so there, peasant!

That makes us crazy, because the Democrat base, hearing that, ignorant and brain washed, think that is the whole story, the whole truth and the end of the hunt, and a Big Deal. It makes you want to throw a shoe at the TV.
