Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

The reason they are so effective is that, unlike the Marxist cabal, our side does not look at every organization as something to be corrupted for political purposes.

I think you're right. It just takes a few people at the top and in key positions of any organization to completely control that organization.
Good people and patriots are under the impression that they are carrying out the stated mission of their organization, most don't even know they're working for corrupt derps.
And this is how the derp state infiltrates and takes over countries across the world. Intelligence agencies (CIA/Mossad/MI6) are very important primary 'gets' for them.

He is saying that Jeff is Mossad and was blackmailing, that part is true. But the evidence is overwhelming that Jeff was a Pedo.
