thanks. I should have qualified.
not quite free & clear...we still have a small equity\2nd mortgage loan, but the big monthly payment can now be used to kill that. looking to be free & clear in less than 3 years

Debt free is a wonderful thing. We got there 12 years ago and now our biggest expense is...taxes.
