bbb
sounds interesting
Too bad Scalia didn't have this.
If you or anyone know some other good twitter locations, let me know. I have others but don’t go to all I have bookmarked. I may go for longer walks though.

You’re the best! Thank you :-)

All we are missing is Q.
That is cool, DH's descent starts with William Bradford >>William Bradford Jr >> Hannah Bradford m Joshua Abbe, etc, etc.
Some ladies in the family carry the name Abbe to this day :). Genealogy can be quite interesting.
There is a freeper *Squantos, of San Antonio I believe. Im pretty sure he uses an s on his tag tail.
Great story, I had never heard.
The only good thing is that land prices were REALLY low when they got here.

I read about the terrorist designation, the Mexican Pres objections, and the 2 carriers off the Atlantic and Pacific sides of Mexico.
I had not heard about the drones. POTUS said he’d be looking into doing something after American Citizens were killed. Rumors that the family are related in some fashion to Romney—have not been corroborated.
Also last night—ship in Iran area.
I see the Mexican situation as a logical next step in cutting the strings/funding for the derps.
Interesting and Chaotic times.
your posts are great - not bothering me at all. Thank you fo the info. The aircraft info is very interesting. Prayers going up.
add me to your ping list, too, please. Thanks for your time and effort in these things. Very important and helpful to us all.
>>thrown out before the rush
I’ve always been impressed at the thought of people who felt that they had a better chance of surviving by taking ship into the unknown. They knew just how bad things were at home, but couldn’t take the easy way out and go along with things in which they didn’t believe. Don’t know I’d ever have their courage.
And what did they end up with here? A society that STILL repressed anyone who had a slightly different opinion. I had ancestors that fled with Ann Hutchinson from Boston to form RI.
It was a very long time before our ancestors had developed our wondrous constitution that cries out for the right of each separate person to own their own set of beliefs. I never cease to be awed that I had the luck to be born in this country.
I’m currently working on the page of a really fun ancestor. When Giles Shelley, a pirate who was a contemporary of Captain Kidd, was caught in NY, my ancestor, a lawyer, got him off. (Though bribery WAS suspected.) When ancestor died at an early age, his young son was adopted by the pirate and inherited both their estates. Also an ancestor, that young man was the one who won an award for creating the first decent wine in America. And wrote a paper for a scientific journal on exactly how to do it.

Come on, Lone Palm, tell me you aren’t REALLY impressed with the guts of those early settlers. And I’ll bet that you, unlike me, did inherit their courage.

The NYT’s has launched its next salvo in the Fake News assult on the presidency: “Russia inquiry review is expected to undercut Trump’s FBI Spying Claim”
NYT publishes what it says is leaked information from the Horowitz report. Sez Mr. Trump never backed up any of his claims of spying on his campaign, claims findings contradict Mr. Trump and his supporters’ most inflammatory claims, asserts there was no inappropriate actions on the part of the FBI, further - no political bias,- basically every Deep State talking point is claimed as a “leak” from the report according to the New York times. This even though there haven’t been leaks from the IG’s report prior to the NYT’s self serving claims. Oh and the NYT’s sources are “people familiar with the draft of the Inspector General’s report.” (I’m heartily sick of the NYT’s fiction writing team and their false resumes)
The NYT’s “piece” is written in a sophmoric style and is designed to get out ahead of the actual report. I assume our doomsayers in the forum will suddenly decide that the NYT has such a record of accuracy, they shouldn’t wait for the actual report to be released. Don’t read excerpts of the NYT’s propaganda until you’ve enjoyed any holiday feasting you plan to do - it would just ruin it for you and for no reason.
And now, a toast. Let us raise a glass of spiced cranberry juice to ring in a splendid holiday for for all patriots and those fighting for freedom world-wide.
Meanwhile - may the desperate NYT, having hungrily awaited its meal, finally receive its plate of painful justice instead, served both cold and “ripe”.
