Even if the House passes articles of impeachment , the Senate has to accept them for the President to be under impeachment. The Turtle can just delay accepting them. Could be fun.

Morbid. She’s sick. Old people get sick from time to time as do we all. The fact that she thinks that hanging on is the only way to go is quite sad and telling. They are just supposed to interpret the law and the constitution. This really shouldn’t be a big deal. Corrupted system of government indeed. If her successor has be selected next year it’s going to be such a disaster for the country. Hope a very very strong constitutionalists judge will be rammed through. Like a bandage. Right off!

If they had put a limit on the age, like 50 years old, many good judges today would be way beyond such a mandatory retirement age.
Some aren't even appointed until they are past 50 years old.
People didn't live near as long back in the 1700s as they do today.
