ditto for Neal Lomax- its called vascular necrosis...they’ve made a lot of strides in that area but its going to be a long, long recovery if its a worse case scenario as many are reporting...

but if his ankle was healthy he would’ve scrambled away and they never would’ve caught him...Saban is awful keeping players on the field with injuries who have no business playing...the game was so far out of reach Tua never should’ve been kept in the game..

What was he even doing in there, ahead by that much, that late in the game?

Haters gonna hate.

TUA went down doing what he loves. He begged to stay in. He patted Coach on the chest and sort of hugged him just before this happened. He’s a competitor and wanted to be there. It is a freak injury. His helmet came off on the play, and he had blood pouring from his nose.

I remember CJ Moseley dislocating his hip during the Sugar Bowl a few years ago. He recovered, ran the Bama defense the next year, and has had a good NFL career so far. That was freaky as well. Hopefully, Tua will recover as well.

I think the incident happened in the second quarter. Alabama had a huge spread. Maybe Guido had whispered in the coaches ear before game day.

LOL- haters gonna hate and the blind will never be able to see...

Barrett Jones, Josh Chapman- remember them??? Guys who should not have been on the field and whose NFL careers were destroyed because Saban had them playing when they should not have been...

there was NO reason Tua should’ve been left in the game at that point...

No way Barrett Jones sits out when he could still walk. Same for Chappy.

Yep, his football career may be over. Sad. I hope someone somewhere took out an insurance policy on his future football prospects and he ends up with a chunk of money to live on.

i don’t think his career is over but he’ll go from a potential top three pick in the draft into the second rounds, maybe late first round, and will likely have to sit out most of 2020...

He may even have to return to Alabama next season and sit on the sidelines if he doesn’t want to drop in the draft...

Still way to early to ell though...
