At the end of his podcast today, Dan Bongino announced he is going to create a conservative news site to directly take on Drudge Report do to Drudge's rampant anti-Trump, anti-conservative bias...
He acknowledged it will probably not have a giant impact, but he wanted to create a REAL news space for conservatives, that is free of CNN, WAPO, NYT garbage articles.
Good news!!!!
Whatfinger, a terrific site, already exists. Bongino is wasting time because the remedy for Drudge is available to Conservatives.
Drudge used to be the first site I’d check every day. Now, I only check it occasionally just to see what the enemy is up to.
Liberty Daily is good but the ads are murder.

We don’t need another conservative site, we need a news service that is simply fact based reporting so it has potential to attract people who may have started to realize CNN and others are lying.
Well, there is one, but it went too far the other way with hype and loony headlines (www.thelibertydaily.com)

Good luck on getting the people that complain the most about Drudge to actually stop using it.
If 96% of the news is negative...how can the Drudge Report be much different???
I think I read Drudge sold the site a few years back.
Of course, i could be wrong.
If he's also going to exclude articles from sites that are basically repackaging, restating or commenting on these articles it's going to be a pretty skimpy site.
Just like FR would be a wasteland if we couldn't comment on the reporting by the big media organizations (MSM).
This reporting is incredibly expensive and not many folks are willing to invest the money to do it.
I like Bongino. I’ve been a daily listener for a while.
But expanding like this reminds me of Beck. Please Dan, don’t be Beck.

Drudge actually went the way of tabloid reporting as well... Though I understand ‘fill ins’ when a news cycle is slow....but there’s a lot of junk articles being pushed today...even here on FR.
I tend to think the newer generations prefer junk articles over otherwise informative ones. Also most can’t respond with more than one liner reactions rather than thinking through what’s been said, posted or written about.
“Liberty Daily” does it’s fair share of silly header drama....I just wish they’d tone it down a bit. That sort of header drama distracts from what might otherwise be read.
