I know they are. I had a poodle who accidentally got what I thought was going to be a shortER haircut, but they SHAVED her entire body including her beautiful puffy ears. She was mortified! I felt so bad for her till her poor hair grew out.

The same thing happened with Odie, my Maltese. He looked like a naked rat when they were through butchering his haircut.
And he KNEW it.

Got my own poinsettia on Saturday, very red and Christmasy.

Cute and fluffy! Puppies are irresistable!
Was warm today, but now the wind is howling and the cold air is coming in from Canada. Will be 17 for high temp Tuesday.

It was really foggy this morning, dark and drizzling rain. Then the fog left and it just remained cloudy.... very gloomy.
Was glad to go to work this afternoon and be busy.
Still no snow in southern WI, but plenty up north where my aunt lives.

They are so festive. I just wish I could keep one alive. My MIL could, but mine just die. LOL!

They dry up easily because houses have low humidity in the winter.
Pretty easy to let them get too dry.
Or alternatively, over-watering is the usual cause of death for house plants.

So I’ve learned. I try to restrain myself from watering when the surface is dry. That’s not a good indicator. :)
