He probably resigned because of pressure. Jordan could have given him the questions that needs to be answered and that would have served same purpose. Republicans are the ones playing games now.

The writer of the comment obviously doesn't know the difference between having a smart and well-informed person like Jim Jordan on the committee and having someone who just phones it in. People who just read the questions that staffers (or members of other committees) give them can't ask follow-up questions or challenge dishonest answers.

This is the original Kitchen Aide Stand Mixer recipe I have also used forever.They have changed it over the years the milk to low fat, butter/shortening to 1/3 cup as vs. the original 1/2 cup (I still use the shortening not butter, but brush the tops with melted butter gefore baking) and they removed the cream of tartar completely. Some of those old cookbooks are worth a fortune as far as I’m concerned.
