This is how the propaganda media gets away with lying, if lying is defined as "an attempt to deceive." The meanings in reference to impeachment are the same but the words are not exact. Conservatives must do research before going toe-to-toe with Dems and make sure to have exact quotes.

That IS an outrage. It was already admitted by CA elections that, since illegals are automatically registered to vote when they get a license, it is up to illegals not to break law by voting, and there is no way elections Department can check on all of them.

Any illegal who gets caught voting can easily say that they didn't understand when they got a voter registration card. No one is going to prosecute for a first offense. CA government is truly disgusting. They want illegals voting.
