i am SOOO much better! No pain at all any more.

I found a brilliant doctor in Boston that is doing research on treating cornea neuropathy. I think he has it down because 3 weeks after starting his treatment, the suicidal level of eye pain i had since January 25th was gone.

My vision is toast though - unrelated. Doctors are trying to figure out if it is keratoconus or just cataracts. Some say one, some say the other. As if I didn’t have enough issues, this showed up making my trip to Boston very interesting, trying to read signs and get around.

I’m so grateful to live in the US, where doctors’ efforts are still be rewarded and people are motivated to do research.

How are you? How was the blood pressure? And the ice cream treatment? :-)

My eyes are well enough. My far vision sucks but that’s OK because I can read. Without pain!!!!

I can get on the phone and the tablet, no problem. I could probably even read a hard copy of 1984 :-)

Thank you, well one condition about my eyes is better and the pain is gone. Now I need to work on that far vision issue. Seems like there’s always something! But I’ll take no pain over anything else any day.
