No, this is not from the Babylon Bee. It actually comes from the Oprah Winfrey Network, and a segment featuring Professor Britney Cooper, who sports a PhD from Emory University and who currently is an associate professor in the Department of Women’s and Gender Studies at Rutgers University. With that sort of background, perhaps it isn’t surprising to eternalize blame for obesity on racism and seem to indict President Trump for it. In fairness, she only mentions Trump before launching her indictment of racism as the cause of black female obesity.
Here are few screen grabs of her subtitled rant, followed by the entire segment embedded in a tweet, I case you want to hear her, the moderator, and the audience all enthusiastically accept the theory that white people in general and President Trump in particular are what make a disproportionate number of black women obese.

I can’t imagine sitting in that classroom for 5 minutes without wanting to pull the fire alarm to get out.

An ignorant person is a dangerous person - to himself and others. An ignorant person with a head full of myths is even more dangerous because he often acts on the lies he’s been told.
What makes black women obese is they, like many of us “no-will power” Americans, is that we ALL eat too much and don’t exercise enough!
Most obesity is cause by gluttony and laziness, and any effort to racialize obesity is bordering on insanity!

In one of life’s bitter ironies, it has been established and discussed - even agreed - many times by these very same black women that overeating, obesity, an alarming dangerously large physique, etc. are symbols of freedom, liberation, independence, etc.
No, it doesn’t make sense to me either but that’s what they say. It sounds like pretty flimsy rationalization for injurious behavior, gluttony and sloth but without flimsy rationalization 2/3 of the ‘studies’ departments on college campuses would vanish.
