If the social media we have now was available then, the obvious bias of the media would have been questioned like in this matter.
It’s worked well for us and that is a HUGE blow to the companies, who wanted the opposite.

There also were many “pocketbook issues” going on, IIRC. Arab Embargo, inflation.
I recall those days. What Nixon was accused of is essentially choir boy practice compared to what the rats are getting by with today. And yes, the news hammered him to death.
The result was the rats gaining much power over our country that helped enable our cultural change.
Nixon’s war efforts led to a negotiated settlement in Vietnam where we won militarily. Once these asshats got rid of Nixon they defunded the South enabling the North to overrun them. In the meantime the lefties were joyed that we lost our first war, when in reality it was lost politically, not militarily.
In the meantime the rats gave us Roe Vs Wade.
And we go on and on with their victories, especially due to fake news of the era.
You are so correct about the internet media we have now. Just think that if the truth got out back in the 60’s how much better our country would be today.
