Is this the new de-facto logo of The National Basketball Association for the 2019-2020 season?

Love it.
That could be the bill krinton logo too as he was beholden to the Chinese.

Usually the NBA is stupid players, smart owners. They avoided the kneeling crap. So, they have some sense.
But, boy...they stepped in it now.

This is getting interesting. We have an owner, Morey supporting the Hong Kong protesters. After some silence, Nate Silver, the commissioner comes out supporting him and free speech.
The NBA stands to lose hundreds of millions or billions from the Chinese market. Money, or freedom of speech? Looks like they’re in favor in freedom of speech, for now.
Now China has 800M people who like basketball. If the state cuts off their NBA, there may be unrest in China, let alone Hong Kong.

Morey isn't an owner, he's their GM. And he quickly wimped out and deleted the original twits. The owner then twat-ed at him, saying the organization doesn't support his comments. Then NBA (Nate Silver) came in and mushily supported free speech over China.

Then NBA (Nate Silver) came in and mushily supported free speech over China. Thanks for the correction. The GM has less power than the owner and probably has to delete the tweet at the owner's request, or lose his job.
You can't really call Silver's defense of free speech 'mushy' since there are hundreds of millions of dollars from China at risk.
